Meet the Coach: 

My mission is to serve people in ways that uplift, guide and inspire them to experience life with divine awareness; fulfilled and enriched in every way they can imagine.

The beauty of this statement is that I live this very sort of life; fulfilled and inspired with divine awareness.  I love that I still have wonderful challenges and that I am a work in progress. I am inspired every day by the abundance and beauty that surrounds me.

I live with the love of my life in the Sacramento area of CA with easy access to mountains or the sea. I have a 7 wonderful children who have extended our family so there are even more to love. I am enchanted by some really cool little kids in my life..o.k. they are great grand kids! I know you don't believe it! Me either!

That's what I bring to my clients and patients...love of life, gratitude for all that I experience, a clear and strong connection with Spirit/Universal Intelligence and a hunger to grow and learn all I can to empower them.

P.S. I really do like football and am thrilled that Jerry Rice is a spokesperson for chiropractic and that I got to wear his Super Bowl ring even for a few minutes.
